Ownership & Intellectual Property
All website designs, source files, graphics, code, media, content, and related deliverables remain the sole property of Air to Ground Media until payment is made in full. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to Client excluding third-party licensed materials, stock assets, proprietary systems, and hosting infrastructure. Company reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.
Client agrees to provide all required content, approvals, credentials, and materials in a timely manner. Client ensures all provided materials do not infringe on copyrights or trademarks. Delays caused by Client may extend project timelines.

Revisions & Change Requests
Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, or data, security breaches by third parties, or client misuse. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client.
Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation. Client acknowledges internet services and third-party platforms may experience outages outside Company's control.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary business information, credentials, and sensitive materials shared during the project.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
